Hamlet Summary of Act IV, Scene 2

Hamlet disposes of Polonius’s corpse, noting that it is “safely stowed.” Rosencrantz and Guildenstern appear and ask him what he has done with the body, but he avoids their questions, instead accusing them of being Claudius’s spies. He warns them that when Claudius has gotten what he wants out of them, they will be tossed aside and possibly killed. In the end, however, he agrees to let them escort him to Claudius.
